Dateline: Greenville, SC – Jessica Lang is suing Victoria’s Secret claiming her bra malfunctioned.  She felt discomfort in her breast, so she tried to remove her bra to alleviate the pain.  When she removed her bra it malfunctioned leaving her with a three inch long laceration (boo-boo).  She claims she had to go to the Doctor because of the boo boo – she missed work because of the boo-boo – and was fired because of the boo boo.  Lang claims the bra was negligently and carelessly manufactured.  So add another item to the list that will have warning labels.  Warning: Make sure you read the instructions before wearing this bra.  Failure to read the instructions may result in injury or gasp death.  AND the warning label won’t just put on the bra - they’ll have to provide a pamphlet for the woman to take with her on a date.  To make sure they understand how to operate a bra so as not to inflict injury.  Give me a break!  Please!  I’m tired of these frivolous and stupid lawsuits.  Have a nice weekend and if you’re out on a date…you have been warned.
