Happy tax day! A LOUSY day no matter how you look at it. Our tax system is unfair...it stinks that's why I have been an advocae of the Fair Tax, in essence, a national sales tax. But what makes it worse, last year, the IRS says 21% of personal taxpayers simply didn't pay. That translates into 3 BILLION DOLLARS of uncollected taxes in just one year. i would favor a law banning any tax increases until this money is collected.
