Please allow me to vent...PENNDOT STINKS! This weekend they've shut down the inbound lanes of the Parkway East...shut them down...closed!!  Who cares that there's a home stand for the Pirates or the Penguins are playing, or that Pitt graduation is Sunday.  How do you shut down the ONLY highway into town from the east?  Penndot is just inept....your tax dollars at work.
