Pain hits the Pens before game 3

Gary Roberts missed morning skate today and is doubtful for tonight and Jordan Staal's grandfather passed away.  Staal will play tonight, leave tomorrow to be with his family and then return for game 4.  Staal is getting help from former Penguin Mark Recchi who is working on charting a flight for Jordan.  The team seemed loose, but players say they want to win this game as bad as Philly tonight.

I visited Independence Hall today--there are some places you visit and you stop and think of the sacrifices made.  Everyone who met in secret that July with the doors and windows shut and no A/C or fans knew when they put their name on the Declaration of Independence that they would have died a traitor's death.  They had a wish for a country where everyone gets an opportunity to succeed and risked their and their family's lives on that principle.  If you get a chance to visit, do so--it's free and one of the main park rangers here is from Tarentum and other young ranger is from Pittsburgh and a huge Pens fan!
