Every Saturday, the medical legal topics of the day are discussed as reported that week in the mainstream media. Subjects routinely covered include surgical misadventures, medication errors, misdiagnosis of medical conditions, defective drugs, birth injuries and general issues concerning all types of personal injuries. Questions concerning automobile accidents, insurance coverage, premises liability, defective products, highway design and a wide range of topics are answered.
