 Kelly grew up in Saltsburg, and has spent his life in Western Pennsylvania. He graduated from Grove City College and earned a Masters Degree from Duquesne. In addition to working at several radio stations Kelly has also been an English teacher. In 2003, Kelly joined the news department at KDKA as Morning Reporter. He's married and has one child.
