GEE $20.00 ADOPTION DAYS!!
September 19th and September 20th 2009
The Western PA Humane Society (Northshore and Fallen Timber) are offering $20.00 (plus PA state tax) adoption rates to qualified adopters during this weekend.
*Excludes puppy (5 months or younger) adoptions*
GEE $20.00 adoptions will be approved if the following is presented at time of adoption:
Driver’s license or photo ID with current address listed
Copy of lease permitting pets and proof of pet deposit paid (if required); Animal must meet restrictions on breed, weight, species, etc.
Completed Dog or Cat Survey (distributed at the shelter)
Everyone residing at the home meets the animal
If adopting a dog and there is a dog(s) residing at the home, the owned dog(s) must be present for a meet & greet. Adoption Counselor will determine if dogs are compatible.
If adopting a Pit Bull (or mix of), completed application and home visit is required before qualifying
If adopting a feline, agreement that animal will kept indoors
Adopter is in agreement to pay additional fees if mandatory obedience classes are required with adoption
Payment accepted by Cash or Credit Cards (excluding Discover and American Express); No personal or business checks accepted
