Isn't the transit tunnel to the north shore stimulating the economy? what's the difference between that & the projects created by the stimulus plan to be signed today? GM & Chrysler will ask for more tax $$ today. What's their plan? As of this writibg, the union was still resisting concessions...stay tuned.
