KDKA-AM Mobile Services Terms of Service:
These Terms of Service govern the mobile services, including but not limited to, downloads, SMS/text messages, and emails to mobile telephones and devices (“Mobile Services”), provided by HipCricket, Inc. (“HipCricket”) for Radio Station KDKA News Radio 1020, Pittsburgh, PA (“Station”), owned and operated by CBS Radio East Inc. a subsidiary of CBS Radio Inc. (collectively, “we” or “us” or “our”). Your use of these Mobile Services constitutes: a) your express consent to receive communications to your mobile telephone and/or device; and b) your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Service which is hereby incorporated by reference. If at any time you do not accept all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and the Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of these Mobile Services.
