Tell me, WHY are state liquor stores spending tax $$$ to train employees to be nice? They have a MONOPOLY! BTW...the clerks will NOT receive product training. Secretary of State Clinton was the butt of jokes after she botched the translation inscribed on a gift given to her Russian counter part. She said she worked hard to get it right.
